- Upon full payment, ownership of such materials will transfer to the Client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunky Dory Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services with prior written notice as specified in the separate agreement. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Site and services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
