Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Meta Ads Manager from Tamil Nadu to manage and optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This freelance role focuses on running sales-driven ads for our food products. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner, able to work independently, and provide consistent performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  
• Run conversion-focused and sales-focused campaigns for food products
  
• Optimise campaigns daily for performance, cost control, and ROI
  
• Manage multiple audiences, creatives, and ad sets simultaneously
  
• Generate detailed campaign reports at month-end and share regular updates
  
• Track ad performance, identify improvement opportunities, and refine strategy
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
  
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, targeting options, and optimisation
  
• Ability to run multiple sales campaigns at the same time
  
• Proven experience generating conversions, leads, or sales via Meta Ads
  
• Must be able to work remotely with consistent reporting
  
• Must be from Tamil Nadu
  
• Immediate joiner preferred
  

Payment Structure

• 10% of the total monthly ad spend
  
• Payment released per campaign/month based on performance and delivery
  

Work Mode

• Fully Remote (anywhere in Tamil Nadu)
