Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Meta Ads Manager in Madurai to handle Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role is not a full-time position; we are looking for a freelance / contract-based candidate who can work from anywhere, manage sales-focused campaigns, and provide regular performance updates. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Build and optimise sales-driven ads for food products
• Manage multiple campaigns, audiences, and creative variations
• Monitor daily performance, optimise for ROI, and reduce cost per result
• Prepare detailed performance reports at the end of every month
• Conduct A/B tests and refine targeting strategies based on data

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience running Facebook & Instagram ads
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, conversion tracking, and optimisation
• Must have experience running multiple sales campaigns
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
• Strong understanding of product-based and e-commerce advertising
• Must be based in Madurai or willing to coordinate remotely
• Immediate joiner required

Payment Structure

• Compensation: 10% of total ad spend
• Payments released monthly based on campaign performance
